Stake's terms say it is owned and operated by Medium Rare N.V. in Curaçao and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1451/0918, with payments handled by Medium Rare Limited and MRS Tech Ltd in Cyprus. Players must be 18 or the legal age where they live, whichever is higher. Section 14.3 bars anyone located in or living in a long list of places, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, South Africa, Ontario and Alberta in Canada, and most of the EU, among them France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Ireland and Sweden. Section 14.4 treats using a VPN to get around the block as a breach of the terms.

Deposits go through the Wallet. You can send crypto to your deposit address on the network you pick, buy crypto inside the wallet with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through MoonPay, or use local-currency methods where Stake offers them. Stake's payment guide says crypto withdrawals are processed immediately, while bank transfers can take up to three business days. Before your first withdrawal you verify your email, and each withdrawal needs a 2FA code, an email code or an OAuth check. Every withdrawal has a minimum amount and a fee taken from your balance, both shown in the wallet.

You do not need to upload ID to sign up or play. Stake's terms still let it ask for any KYC documents at any time to confirm who you are and where you live, and it can hold back play, payments or withdrawals until that check is done, so register with your real details.
