Check the licence, residence rules and shuffle claims
Match the certificate details and read the current residence conditions before assessing the reported RNG checks.
- 1
Match the operator and domain on the certificate
Open Menu > About > License in the official client. Follow its certificate link and match Highcard Software SRL, blockchain.poker and licence ALSI-202511029-FI2. A status check applies to that date; check it again before funding.
- 2
Check residence and funding restrictions
The certificate excludes Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the USA, plus specified sanctions jurisdictions. Client terms also name Austria, Germany and Canada for directly funded accounts and contain a broader residence condition. Territory rules apply. These sources replace the older claim that every country can play and withdraw.
- 3
Separate RNG testing from hand verification
A laboratory RNG check tests the random-number system. A provably fair seed method would let a player reproduce the deal using disclosed inputs. Blockchain Poker does not currently supply that method. Profile > View (Hands Played) lets you review past play, but does not prove the shuffle.
