CoinPoker login and sign up: codes, PIN and password reset

You log in to CoinPoker with the email address and password you registered with. The login form in the web client at play.coinpoker.com has only those two fields, with no username box and no Google or social sign-in. If you forget the password, click Forgot Password? above the Login button and CoinPoker emails you a 6-digit code.

To sign up, you enter an email, a password twice and an optional code, then confirm the email. The desktop app asks for a 6-digit code from that email and the browser sign-up sends a link. The browser form asks for no name, date of birth or ID. After your first login, CoinPoker offers a 4-digit Security PIN so you can skip the full password on trusted devices.

How it works

Step-by-step guide

    Open CoinPoker in the app or your browser

    For the desktop app, go to coinpoker.com and click Download in the top right corner. To play in a browser on a phone or computer, open play.coinpoker.com, which shows a Login button and a Register button. Both use the same email and password.

    Register with your email, a password and an optional code

    In the browser, click Register and fill in Email Address, Password, Confirm Password and Code (Optional), then click Get Started; registering means agreeing to CoinPoker's T&Cs. In the desktop app the button is Create Account, then Register. Type the email exactly as you will use it: CoinPoker says the confirmed address must match perfectly, down to capital letters.

    Confirm your email with the code or link

    The app sends a 6-digit OTP code, usually within a few minutes. Enter it in the app for full access. The browser sign-up sends a link to click instead. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives. A code that is wrong or too old shows "incorrect or expired", and asking for new codes too often locks requests for a few minutes.

    Log in and set a 4-digit Security PIN

    Log in with your email and password. After the first login a pop-up offers Setup 4 Digit Security PIN; CoinPoker emails a code, and once you enter it the PIN works on verified trusted devices. Five wrong PIN attempts make you reset it with a new email code. You can turn the PIN on or off and change your password under your username > My Profile > Account Security.

    Reset a forgotten password with the email code

    Click Forgot Password? above the Login button, on mobile or desktop, and enter your registered email. Look for the email "CoinPoker: OTP for Password Reset", type its 6-digit code into the app, enter a new password twice and click Verify & Continue. The change logs you out of every other device, so you will need the new password on your phone and computer.

  • Bookmark play.coinpoker.com or install the app from coinpoker.com, so you always log in on CoinPoker's own domain.
  • If the confirmation never works because the email was mistyped, contact support; CoinPoker cannot confirm an address that does not match exactly.
  • Set the Security PIN only on devices you alone use, because on a trusted device the four digits replace your password.
