Blockchain Poker software: currency settings and tables

Blockchain Poker runs in a browser. Preferred Currency sets your main coin; Auto Swap can use that balance, or your highest balance, when you sit at a table in another currency. Check these settings before choosing a game.

For a simple example, a $20-equivalent BCH balance does not become a $20 LTC balance when you select a preferred coin. A swap is a separate conversion. Check the units, available balance and any exchange cost before committing funds.

The client has cash games, Sit & Gos and tournaments. The lobby separates currency, blinds, turn time and player count, so compare those fields before opening a table. A listed table does not prove that opponents are seated.

Current client terms and the licence certificate list country exclusions. They include Australia, Austria, Canada, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the USA, with additional territory and sanctions rules. Check your residence and account eligibility before playing or depositing.

Browser controls and software limits

The browser client provides currency preferences, optional swaps, pop-out tables and saved hands. It has no built-in table stacking or officially supported HUD. Check the player count and coin units at your intended stake before choosing it for regular play.

How it works

Set currency preferences and check the lobby

Follow the process in order, then check the room's current lobby and cashier terms before committing funds.

    Check your preferred currency

    Open Menu > Settings > Profile. The Preferred Currency control chooses your main coin and appears on your public profile. The client says challenge rewards use it unless otherwise stated, and rake-race rewards also use it. This setting does not convert every balance.

    Check whether Auto Swap is enabled

    Open Settings > Gameplay. Auto Swap can convert from your preferred currency, or your highest balance, when you sit at a table. Leave it off if you want to manage conversions yourself. The public controls do not establish a fixed exchange fee or rate. Check the available quote and balance before a conversion.

    Filter the lobby before choosing stakes

    Open Lobby > Cash Games. Check All currencies, Heads Up and Custom Games to understand which tables are included. Read the currency and blinds together, then the Players column. For example, 0/6 means no player is seated at that six-seat table. Use the separate Sit & Go's and Tournaments tabs for their buy-ins and start times.

    Check table controls before playing

    Settings > Gameplay has Pop-out Windows and Prompt Buy In controls. Pop-out Windows opens separate windows for tables. Prompt Buy In lets you specify how many chips to take to a cash game. Confirm the coin and chip units; the same number can mean different values in different currencies.

Currency units and client limits

  • Settings and lobby controls were checked in the official client on September 27, 2026. The operator’s September 26 currency announcement is linked above.
  • Use native coin units when comparing tables. A dollar equivalent can change with the exchange rate.
  • Set a password to retain your automatic account. Keep access and verification questions on the account and cashier pages.
  • Built-in table stacking and an officially supported HUD are not available. Pot-Limit Omaha cash tables were open in the lobby on 12 October 2026, so use the lobby's Variant column to pick between NLHE and PLO.

Currency settings and lobby questions

Does Preferred Currency convert all my balances?
No. It selects your main coin and affects the stated reward and profile preferences. Auto Swap is a separate Gameplay setting that can use another balance when you sit at a table.
Where is Blockchain Poker Auto Swap?
Open Menu > Settings > Gameplay. The control says it swaps from your preferred currency, or your highest balance, when you sit at a table. Check the currency and conversion terms before using it.
Does Blockchain Poker need a download?
No. The client runs in a web browser. Use the download guide for browser access and pop-out window setup.
Does an empty Highlights list mean there are no games?
No. Check the separate Cash Games, Sit & Go's and Tournaments tabs and their filters. Read the player count for the individual table; listing a table does not confirm active traffic.
