Which coins 1win accepts, and how they come back out
When you register, 1win asks for an account currency. On 19 October 2026 the list held 16 cryptocurrencies, from BTC, ETH, USDT and TON to Monero, Zcash and Dash, next to about 80 national currencies, and you can add one extra currency account later. That choice decides how you cash out. 1win's help says a crypto deposit can only be withdrawn in crypto, and a card or bank deposit only by a fiat method. Every deposit must also be wagered once before you can withdraw it.
Say you deposit $100 in USDT. You must bet $100 before you can withdraw, and if those bets leave you with $90, the $90 goes back out as USDT, not to a card. A bonus can add more conditions. Do not deposit more to try to unlock an existing withdrawal.
- Crypto account currencies
- 16 at registration: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX, BNB, DOGE, TON, XRP, SOL, BCH, XLM, XMR, ZEC and DASH. You choose a main currency and can add one more account.
- Deposit time
- 1win's help says a crypto deposit usually arrives instantly or within 1 minute. Pick the network that matches the address shown.
- Missing deposit
- Contact support if it has not arrived after 15 to 30 minutes. A manual check with the payment partner averages up to 7 days, and you get a request number to track.
- Deposit playthrough
- Wager 100% of each deposit before you withdraw it. Bonus conditions can add separate requirements.
- Withdrawal limits
- Each method shows its own minimum and maximum per transaction. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawal time
- Automatic processing takes seconds to minutes, but manual review, payment partners and network confirmations can add time. 1win promises no fixed payout time.
- Email confirmation
- Each withdrawal needs a code sent to your email. A first withdrawal needs a linked, verified email.
- ID checks
- 1win's help says a large withdrawal can trigger identity verification as an anti-money-laundering step.
Read the status before you send another request
- Processing
- The request is in progress. Automatic checks, manual review or a payment partner can hold it. Check for a support request and keep the reference.
- Successful
- The help says payment has been sent and confirmed. For crypto, use the transaction reference to check the receiving network.
- Declined
- The help says funds return to the account balance automatically. If the refund is missing, give official support the transaction time and reference.
The help does not give one guaranteed crypto withdrawal time. A processing status alone does not show whether the operator, payment partner or blockchain is causing the delay.
Deposit methods
BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX, BNB, DOGE, TON, XRP, SOL, BCH, XLM, XMR, ZEC, DASH, local card and bank methods by country
Withdrawal methods
Crypto only after a crypto deposit, fiat only after a fiat deposit, only the methods shown in Profile > Withdraw
How to deposit at 1win
- 1
Check country eligibility first. USA, UK and Australian players are restricted.
- 2
Register with the crypto you plan to use as your account currency, or add it as your extra currency account.
- 3
Open Deposit, choose the coin and the network, then copy the address or scan the QR code. Check the minimum the cashier shows for that coin before you send.
- 4
Check Payment History. If nothing has arrived after 15 to 30 minutes, give support the transaction time, amount and hash instead of sending again.
How to withdraw from 1win
- 1
Wager the full deposit once and finish or cancel any active bonus, because a withdrawal voids an active bonus.
- 2
Open Profile > Withdraw and choose the crypto method shown. Read its minimum, maximum, network and fee.
- 3
Enter a wallet address on the same network, then enter the code 1win emails you.
- 4
Track it in Payment History. A declined withdrawal returns to your balance automatically; if it does not, contact support with the time and reference.
Before you transfer
Confirm the asset, blockchain network, address, minimum, and fee. Use a small test payment when a wallet or network is new to you.

1win Payments questions
Which cryptocurrencies does 1win accept?
On 19 October 2026 the account currency list at registration held 16 coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, LTC, TRX, BNB, DOGE, TON, XRP, SOL, BCH, XLM, XMR, ZEC and DASH. 1win's help adds that the coins on offer can depend on your region, so check the cashier before you send.
How long does a 1win crypto deposit take?
1win's help says a crypto deposit usually arrives instantly or within 1 minute. If it has not arrived after 15 to 30 minutes, check Payment History, then send support the transaction time, amount and hash. A manual check averages up to 7 days.
Why is a 1win withdrawal method missing?
1win keeps crypto and fiat money apart. A crypto deposit can only be withdrawn in crypto, and a fiat deposit only by a fiat method. Your country and account currency also change the list. Ask support if the route you expect is missing.
Can I withdraw an unused 1win deposit?
Not straight away. You must wager 100% of the deposit first, so a $100 USDT deposit needs $100 in bets before it can be withdrawn. That is turnover, not a loss: if those bets leave you with $90, you can withdraw the $90.
How long does a 1win withdrawal take?
Automatic processing takes seconds to minutes, according to 1win's help, but manual review, payment partners and network confirmations can add time, and evenings, weekends and big events are slower. 1win does not promise a fixed crypto arrival time.
What happens to a declined 1win withdrawal?
The money goes back to your balance automatically, without a notification. If it has not returned, contact support with the transaction time and reference before you make another request.
