Your account shows the thresholds in its own currency, so read the rupee amounts as a scale, not as a dollar price. 1win's rules page, checked 21 October 2026, adds that the percentage rises with each VIP level and depends on your total slot losses over the week, so the rate your account shows is the one that applies.
Bet ₹1,000,000 on slots in a week and finish ₹40,000 down. On the 5% tier of the table, ₹2,000 comes back. It is credited on Saturday between 07:00 and 11:00 UTC, you tap Claim on the cashback card in the Bonuses section, and you can withdraw it straight away because 1win lists no wagering on it.

The caps take over at the top. At a 4% loss rate, the 10% tier returns ₹20,000 on ₹400,000 lost, which is 5% of the loss. The 30% tier needs ₹50 million of bets, and its ₹50,000 cap is 2.5% of the ₹2,000,000 you would expect to lose. The full 30% only covers the first ₹166,667 of losses.
Do not raise your stakes to reach a higher tier. Going from ₹1,000,000 to ₹10,000,000 of weekly slot bets adds about ₹360,000 of expected loss at 4%, and lifts the most you can get back from ₹2,000 to ₹20,000.
Cashback is for players at Bronze 1 level and above. Claim it within 7 days of the credit, because after that it expires. The VIP Club is separate. 1win's help describes it as a program with a personal manager, higher cashback, private tournaments and priority withdrawals, but it publishes no entry threshold or VIP cashback rate.
